Sericopelma angustum
Sericopelma angustum, is a species of spider in the family Theraphosidae[1] found in Mexico and Central America.[2][3] The species was formerly included in the genus Brachypelma.[4]

Since at least the early 1990s some pet-trade animals have been exchanged under the name Brachypelma angustum, however, none of these correspond to the originally described species, and should not be treated as such.
Description
It measures 3.5–4 inches (8.9–10.2 cm).[5] The common refers to the red hairs covering the legs and abdomen; the thorax is black or brown.[6]
