Sergey Tsinkevich

Sergey Tsinkevich (Russian: Сергей Цинкевич, Belarusian: Сяргей Цынкевіч; born 19 September 1976 in Osipovichi) is a Belarusian professional football referee and former player. He has officiated matches of the Belarusian Premier League since 2008.
