Senga McCrone

Senga McCrone (born 1934) is a Scottish former international lawn and indoor bowler.[1]

Bowls career

She won a silver medal in the singles at the 1986 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh. Six years later she won a gold medal in the fours at the 1992 World Outdoor Bowls Championship in Worthing.[2]

McCrone also competed in the singles competition at the 1990 Commonwealth Games but pulled out of the 1994 Commonwealth Games following a dispute over her position in the fours team.

Personal life

Senga lives in Hawick with her husband Jimmy. They have two sons.
