Sam "Boom Boom" Wheeler

Sam Wheeler (November 25, 1924 Little Rock, Arkansas - April 17, 1989 St. Louis, Missouri) was an American professional basketball player who was part of the Harlem Globetrotters.[1] He was also a member of the Harlem Magicians.[2]

Wheeler joined the Harlem Globetrotters in 1950 and spent several years with them.[3] [4] Hw also played professional baseball with the Negro National League.[5]
