S. Krishna Kumar

S. Krishna Kumar (6 September 1939, Kawdiar in Trivandrum district (Kerala)) was a leader of Indian National Congress from Kerala. He joined BJP on 20 April 2019. The 80-year-old leader was inducted into the party by BJP leader Anil Baluni and Shahnawaz Hussain at the party headquarters here. Kumar said Modi has been working to develop India and he should continue to lead the country. He has been elected to the Lok Sabha three times during 80s and 90s, and was also a minister in the then Congress governments at the Centre. He served as a member of the Lok Sabha representing Quilon (Lok Sabha constituency). He was elected to 8th, 9th and 10th Lok Sabha.[1] He was born in Kawdiar in Distt. Trivandrum* (Kerala) on 6 September 1939.
