RuPaul's Drag Race Live!

RuPaul's Drag Race Live! is an American drag queen variety show in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was announced in September 2019 at RuPaul's DragCon NYC. The show is a Las Vegas residency from January to August 2020 at the Flamingo Las Vegas.[1] It is directed by RuPaul and choreographer Jamal Sims.[2]

The live show features RuPaul's music and seven queens from a rotating cast of Drag Race alumni: Yvie Oddly (season eleven winner), Aquaria (season ten winner), Shea Coulee (season nine, All Stars season five), Asia O'Hara (season ten), Coco Montrese (season five, All Stars season two), Derrick Barry (season eight, All Stars season five), Eureka O'Hara (seasons nine and ten), India Ferrah (season three, All Stars season five), Kahanna Montrese (season eleven), Kameron Michaels (season ten), Kim Chi (season eight), Naomi Smalls (season eight, All Stars season four) and Shannel (season one, All Stars season one).[1]

The show’s Pit Crew all double as dancers in the queens' numbers.[3] Crew members include AJ Watkins, Dallas Eli, Filip Lacina, Michael Silas, Nick Lemer, and Sebastian Gonzalez.[3]

The show’s score includes songs from the past eleven seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race and new numbers, "written by RuPaul, Drag Race composer and singer-songwriter Leland, and World of Wonder's chief creative officer Tom Campbell."[2] It is produced by World of Wonder and Voss Events.[4]

The venue is the Flamingo Las Vegas, which is being vacated by the Donny and Marie Osmond show that has gone on for eleven years.[5] It is expected the name will be changed to reflect the Osmonds are no longer there.[5]

Shows are scheduled for five nights each week; "Tuesday, and Thursday through Sunday."[5]

On March 15, 2020, World of Wonder & Voss Events announced the show was placed on hiatus until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
