History
It was founded by Benjamin Hoppé (b. 7 May 1933) of Swansea.[1] His two sons are directors of the company. Alan Rowe was Managing Director of the company from February 1992 until March 1995. The company went into liquidation in 2014[2]
Structure

It was situated on 9 acres at Pillgwenlly in the south of the city of Newport in South Wales, next to the River Usk and the A48 in Pillgwenlly.
