Ross Weatherstone

Ross Weatherstone (born 16 May 1981) is an English footballer who played in the Football League for Boston United and Oxford United. His brother Simon was also a professional footballer and is now a Premier League Coach for AFC Bournemouth.

Career

Weatherstone started his career at Oxford United along with his brother Simon. He eventually left the club in February 2001 and went on to play for Boston United, where he played a big role in helping the team win the National Conference League in 2002. Ross Captained the side in a handful of games. Ross eventually left Boston United and joined Nuneaton Borough, Farnborough Town, and Stevenage Brough. In 2006, he signed for Didcot Town.[1] Ross had to retire from playing the game in 2007 due to multiple knee operations. However, he saw out the remaining playing days for Didcot Town.
