Rohini College of Engineering and Technology (RCET) is an ISO certified institution founded by Shri. K.Neela Marthandan. It is located in Anjugramam, 14 km away from Nagercoil in the Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu. The College is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai which is the top 5th university in India and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education.

The main objective of RCET is to advance the knowledge base of the engineering professions and to influence the future directions of engineering education and practice.

Rohini College of Engineering and Technology was approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Anna University for running the UG and PG courses

Chairman's Message

Shri K. Neela Marthandan comes from a poor family background with a lot of struggles to face right from his childhood. He started with a beedi company and slowly and very patiently climbed his ladder of success. He had to work all day without sleep to make his little business success. His hard work and good intentions pay off, his small business had started becoming a success and that didn't stop him there. One by one Shri K. Neela Marthandan opened several companies under the name of Rohini Group.

Managing Director

Dr. Neela Vishnu is the Managing Director of Rohini College of Engineering and Technology. He is also one among the youngest Directors of the top colleges in Tamil Nadu. By his great intellect and business skills he brought his institute name to be ranked as best placement college in Kanyakumari.
