Roberto Yong

Roberto "Ali" Yong, aka "The Young One", aka "Exile", is a former American streetball player, and current MMA fighter from Sacramento, California. He was a member of the heralded streetball crew "YPA" and was prominently featured on the AND1 Mixtape Tour shows on ESPN where he developed a friendship/rivalry with soon-to-be AND1 member Grayson Boucher aka "The Professor". He did not participate in 2003 due to an anke injury.[1]

Yong developed an acrimonious relationship with some of the AND1 team members,[2] who felt Yong disrespected them in a magazine article, though Yong repudiated this on the show. Yong was known on the basketball court for his skilled ballhandling and high vertical leaping ability.

Roberto Yong is currently a resident of Brockport, NY.

Yong began boxing in 2008. He currently has a boxing record of 6 wins, 16 losses, and 2 draws. [3]

Yong began his MMA career in 2014, with his first two fights resulting in victories. In 2015, Yong fought against MMA fighter and real-life super hero, Phoenix Jones. Yong lost via submission in the first round. Yong currently has an MMA record of 3 wins and 4 losses.[4]
