Rivervale Crest
Rivervale Crest is a private housing estate in Rivervale, Sengkang New Town, in Singapore.
It is a group of condominiums located between Rivervale Mall and the Saint Anne's Wood private housing estate, mainly consisting of terraced and semi-detached houses. Construction commenced in the late 1990s, and it opened in 2002.
The estate is served by Rumbia LRT station. It is a three-minute ride to Compass Point Shopping Centre where the Sengkang MRT station connects onwards.
This condominium project and the adjacent mall were constructed by the NTUC builders, but it has since been managed by CapitaLand, a subsidiary of the Singapore Government's investment arm, Temasek Holdings.
