Regla Cárdenas

Regla María Cárdeñas Telo (born 21 January 1975 in Cárdenas, Matanzas) is a retired Cuban heptathlete.

This article uses Spanish naming customs: the first or paternal family name is Cárdeñas and the second or maternal family name is Telo.
