Rashid Alimov

Rashid Alimov, also referred as Rashid Qutbiddinovich Alimov or Rashid Qutbiddinovich Olimov[1], (born 23 in Stalinabad) is the former minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan from 1992 to 1994. He was also the Permanent Representative of Tajikistan to the United Nations from 1994 to 2005, Tajik Ambassador to China from 2005 to 2015, and the Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation from 2016 to 2019[2].
