Queensland Open (golf)

The Queensland Open is a golf tournament held in Queensland, Australia as part of the PGA Tour of Australasia.[1] It was founded in 1925.

The 1990 edition of the Queensland Open was incorporated into the Coolum Classic.[2] The event was not held from 2008 to 2012 but returned as a PGA Tour of Australasia event in 2013.

The event has only intermittently been a part of the PGA Tour of Australasia's schedule. For example, in 1988 it was not part of the tour's Order of Merit.[3]
