Polychronis Tzortzakis

Polychronis Tzortzakis (Greek: Πολυχρόνης Τζωρτζάκης; born 3 January 1989 in Chania) is a Greek road and track cyclist, who last rode for UCI Continental team Tarteletto–Isorex.[1] Representing Greece, he competed in the team pursuit event at the 2010 and 2011 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[2][3]
