Pisca Andina

Pisca Andina is a light chicken broth, mixed with diced potatoes,[1] carrots, eggs,[1] ground pepper and other ingredients, sometimes including milk[1] or cheese.[2] It is part of traditional breakfasts in the Venezuelan Andes. Chicken, potatoes and eggs are common ingredients in the mountains, and soups are a welcome source of warmth during the cold evenings and nights.
