Philippines women's national cricket team

The Philippine national women's cricket team is the team that represents the Philippines in international women's cricket. In April 2018, the International Cricket Council (ICC) granted full Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) status to all its members. Therefore, all Twenty20 matches played between the Philippines women and other ICC members after 1 July 2018 will be a full WT20I.[4][5]

The Philippine Cricket Association planned to form a women's national team as early as 2017[6] and managed to gather enough players to form a national team women's national team in 2019.[1] The team played its first WT20I matches during a series against Indonesia from 21 to 22 December 2019.[7]
