Perfect World (film)

Perfect World (Japanese: パーフェクトワールド 君といる奇跡, Hepburn: Pafekuto Warudo: Kimi to Iru Kiseki) is a 2018 Japanese film based on manga series Perfect World by Rie Aruga. Directed by Kenji Shibayama, it stars Takanori Iwata and Hana Sugisaki.[1]

Plot

26-year-old Tsugumi Kawana (Hana Sugisaki) works at an interior design company. One day, at a get-together between an architecture firm and her company, she reunites with Itsuki Ayukawa (Takanori Iwata), her first love from high school, who is now an architect. Her feelings for him are rekindled but she is shocked when she realizes he is now disabled and uses a wheelchair after an accident in college. Ayukawa has also decided to stay out of romantic relationships, believing he is unable to make anybody happy. Can they overcome all hurdles and find love and happiness in each other?[2][3][4][5]
