Paulina Maj-Erwardt

Paulina Maj-Erwardt (née Maj, born 22 March 1987) is a Polish volleyball player, who plays as a libero. She was part of the Polish team that came third at the 2009 Women's European Volleyball Championship. She currently plays for BKS Bielsko-Biała.

Career

Maj-Erwardt has played for BKS Bielsko-Biała, PTPS Piła, Atom Trefl Sopot, Muszynianka Muszyna, KPS Chemik Police, and Budowlani Łódź.[1][2]

As of 2019, she has made 108 for the Poland national team.[3] Maj was part of the Polish team that came third at the 2009 Women's European Volleyball Championship.[3][4][5] She represented the team in qualifying for the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics.[3] She played at the 2019 Montreux Volley Masters[6]

Maj-Erwardt took time away from the sport for the birth of her child.[3][4] She returned for the 2018/2019 season,[4] and currently plays for BKS Bielsko-Biała, in a second stint for the club.[2]
