Parachela williaminae

Parachela williaminae is a species of cyprinid in the genus Parachela.[1] It inhabits Thailand, Cambodia and Laos.[2] It has a maximum length of 12 centimetres (4.7 in)[1] and is used for food locally.[2] It has been assessed as "least concern" on the IUCN Red List[2] and is considered harmless to humans.[1]
