Pang Ka-ho

Pang Ka-ho is a District Councillor for the Sai Wan constituency of Hong Kong. Running as an independent candidate in the 2019 elections he won the seat with 56.48% (3,289) [1] of the vote. Pang Ka-ho is a student at University of Hong Kong and at 21 was just old enough to run for the election.[2]
