Pacari Chocolate

Pacari Chocolate is a chocolate company operating out of Quito, Ecuador.[1] Pacari Chocolate was founded in 2002 by Santiago Peralta and Carla Barboto, who own and operate the company.[2] Pacari Chocolate is the first chocolate company in the world to receive a biodynamic certification from Demeter International.[3][4] Pacari is family owned and is a bean-to-bar chocolate manufacturer, as well as fair-trade, Kosher, and Certified Organic.[5][6] Pacari Chocolate products are available in most health food and luxury chocolate outlets in the United States, Europe, South America and Malaysia.

In 2019 Pacari opened its flagship retail store in Quito (Julio Zaldumbide N24-703 y Rubio de Arevalo Sector la Floresta, Quito 170150 Ecuador). The company offers a chocolate tour, product samples and a cafe that serves ice cream, hot chocolate and other dishes.
