The royal family from which the Asantehene comes from are Oyoko people. Its main towns are Kumasi, Dwaben and Nsuta. Other towns are Kokofu, Bekwae, Mamponten, Bogyae, Dadieso, Obogu, Asaaman Adubiase, Pampaso, Kontanase, Kenyase, and Ntonso,Boagyaa
