The company's primary business is its subscription-based streaming service which offers online streaming of a library of films and television programs, including those produced in-house. It is available worldwide.

The service was launched as OTT-platform. It is also a studio which combines the business of production and distribution of Russian-language content across the world.[2] Okko’s monthly audience is 1.5 million people.

The main distinctive feature of Okko service is absence of any advertising. Today the service offers 10 thematic subscription packages, including Amediateka, Russian film collection, world blockbusters, art-house and content for children. In 2017 the company nearly doubled their revenue up to 1,38 billion rubles (775 million rubles in 2016).
