Oblea

Oblea is a dessert typical of Mexico[1][2] and other Latin American countries such as Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia. It consists of thin wafers sandwiching a sweet filling. Obleas are typically filled with arequipe or dulce de leche, though they may also contain jam, cheese, fruits, or whipped cream. They are sometimes served with marmalade, condensed milk, chocolate, raspberry sauce, cheese, coconut or other toppings.[3]
