Production

Working on his second film, director Spencer Hawken utilized skills and relationships acquired in shooting his first zero-budget film, Death Walks, and kept the film a very local operation, using nearby businesses, and houses of friends and acquaintances. Hawken planned to cast some actors from the first film he created. The film is loosely based upon a couple of true stories that had deeply disturbed Hawken. He believes that the best kind of horror is the kind that can really happen.[5] The film also allowed him to bring Vicki Michelle to play the character of Dr. Victoria Spencer. She is best known for her role as Yvette Carte-Blanche in the BBC television comedy series 'Allo 'Allo! and as recurring character Patricia Foster on Emmerdale.[6]
