New Hutton

New Hutton is a village and civil parish in South Lakeland, Cumbria, England. At the UK census 2011 the parish had a population of 348.[1]

The church of St Stephen

The parish lies to the east of Kendal, and to the north of Old Hutton. The M6 motorway runs through the eastern edge of the parish, and the A684 road runs across the parish roughly east–west.[1]

The village lies to the south of the A684. The church of St Stephen is in the centre of the village.[2]

There is a parish council, the lowest tier of local government.[3]
