New Gurgaon

New Gurgaon is a planned city situated in the state of Haryana in India and is a recent development in real estate.[1] The two main clusters in New Gurgaon along the upcoming Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway are Sectors 102 to 113 and Sectors 76 to 95 & 95A. New Gurgaon is well connected with three highways, NH8, Kundli–Manesar–Palwal Expressway and Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway, Railway Station, Airport, and the proposed ISBT. Moreover, it is bisected by the National Highway Pataudi Road, which is the most promising upcoming real estate area of Gurgaon. According to the development plan for Gurgaon-Manesar Urban Complex-2025,[2] the residential sectors of Gurgaon will ultimately reach Manesar. Therefore, a majority of developers have launched projects across New Gurgaon, such as sectors 82, 83, 86, 91, 92 & 95A Top developers with presence in the area include Bestech, Vatika, Orris, DLF, KPDK Buildtech, 3C, Ansals, Ramprastha Builders and numerous more.

The upcoming areas of New Gurgaon have the best planned infrastructure, in resonance with private developers inputs for prime real estate area development. This is in sharp contrast to the other older areas of Gurgaon, where most infrastructure facilities have been planned by HUDA as an after-thought to meet the growing needs of development.

Schools in New Gurgaon:

St. Xavier's School, sector 81 and RPS International School in sector 89 will be operational from 2017. And school bus from all established schools in gurgaon are providing their school bus facility for pick up and drop in this area too.
