Naoki Ishibashi (石橋 直希, Ishibashi Naoki, born May 14, 1981) is a former Japanese football player.

Playing career

Ishibashi was born in Saitama Prefecture on May 14, 1981. He joined Japan Football League (JFL) club Yokohama FC in 2000. Yokohama FC won the champions in 2000 season and was promoted to J2 League. However he could hardly play in the match in 2 seasons. In 2002, he moved to J2 club Sagan Tosu. Although he played as substitute midfielder in 2002[1], he could hardly play in the match in 2003. In August 2003, he moved to JFL club ALO's Hokuriku. He became a regular player and played many matches every season. He retired end of 2006 season.
