Singh was crowned as Femina Most Stylish Diva 2013. In 2017, she participated in MTV India's Splitsvilla 10 and won it with Baseer Ali.[3]

In 2018, she participated in Star Plus's India's Next Superstars and emerged as a finalist.[4]

Since 2019, she portrays Rhea Mehra in Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya.[5]
