Naina Sarwar

Naina Sarwar, is an Indian actress who has worked in the Tamil and Kannada film industries. After making her debut in the Kannada film Bettanagere (2015), she has been in films including Adra Machan Visilu (2016) and Kolanji (2017).[1]

Career

Naina Sarwar was cast in her first film Bettanagere (2015), after the makers of the film found her on social media and approached her regarding her interest in acting in films. She signed the project with a day of meeting the director, and subsequently featured in the gangster drama film. The opportunity fetched her more roles in Kannada cinema such as in two films directed by Arya Mahesh, Kolara opposite Yogish and Ae Raam opposite Srinagar Kitty.

She then featured in her first Tamil film, Thiraivannan's comedy drama Adra Machan Visilu (2016) starring alongside actors Shiva and Powerstar Srinivasan. The film opened to negative reviews and did not perform well commercially.[2][3]
