Multiregional TransitTelecom (MTT) (Russian: OAO Межрегиональный ТранзитТелеком) is an open joint-stock company (OJSC) in the telecommunications business in Russia, founded in 1994 and based in Moscow, Russia. [1][2][3] This telecommunications business provides intercity and international communications services to telecom operators, for both corporate and private usage.

The ownership of Russia's Multiregional Transit Telecom (MTT) has been taken over by its general director Evgeny Vasilyeva and other senior managers, Kommersant reported.[4]
