Muhammad Riyandi

Muhammad Riyandi [1] (born 3 January 2000, in Bogor) is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Liga 1 club Barito Putera. Despite his young age, has been described as a sweeper-keeper, due to his excellent ball control and distribution of the ball.[2]

Career

Barito Putera

Riyandi joined Barito Putera in the 2016 Indonesia Soccer Championship A. He became the youngest player to be recruited in the highest level of Indonesian football.[3]

He made his debut against Persib Bandung. He was played by coach Mundari Karya from the early minutes. Although he conceded two goals, he managed to thwart Samsul Arif's penalty attempt.[4]
