Motorola One

Motorola One (stylised as MotorolaOne) is a series of Android phones developed by Motorola Mobility. The Motorola One series, first launched in 2018, was originally a series of phones featuring the Android One version of Android. However the latest Motorola One series phones like Motorola One Zoom does not have Android One.

Releases

Motorola One

The first release in the series was simply named Motorola One, however it did carry the alternative name of P30 Play in areas of Asia. It was released in October 2018 and is available in two different colours, White and Black. It came to the market at a price of 180 Euros, making it a mid-range phone.[1]

Motorola One Power

The second iteration of mobile phone in this series is named the Motorola One Power. It was released in October 2018 and boasted a larger battery.

Motorola One Vision

The third iteration of mobile phone in this series is named the Motorola One Vision. It was released in May 2019 and boasted a larger than previous screen, and a 48MP main sensor as well as up to 1TB of expandable storage via the SD card slot. It came to the market at a price of 300 Euros, making it a mid-range phone and the third most expensive in the series.[2]

Motorola One Action

The fourth release in this series is named the Motorola One Action. It was released in August 2019, and was the first phone in the market to record landscape video footage when held in the portrait position due to its array of three cameras. It came to the market at a price of 260 Euros, making it a mid-range phone with 128 GB of Storage and 4 GB of RAM. [3]

Motorola One Zoom

The fifth One series phone is named the Motorola One Zoom. It was released in September 2019 with a quad camera setup including a telephoto lens and a 48 MP main sensor. It came to the market at a price of 400 Euros, making it a mid-range phone and the most expensive in the series.[4]

Motorola One Macro

The sixth release in the series is named the Motorola One Macro. It was released on October 12, 2019 with a unique dedicated macro camera. It costs 130 Euros, making it a mid-range phone and cheaper than the original device.[5]

Motorola One Hyper

The seventh release in the series is named the Motorola One Hyper. It was released on December 4, 2019 with a pop-up selfie camera, 45W charging, a 64 MP main sensor and Android 10. It costs 360 Euros, making it a mid-range phone and the second most expensive in the series.[6]

Motorola One Fusion

The upcoming eighth release in the series is named the Motorola One Fusion. It will be released by the end of Q2 2020 with a 12 MP main sensor, Snapdragon 675, 4/6 GB RAM, and 64/128 GB storage.[7]

Motorola One Fusion+

Motorola One Fusion+ is an upgraded version of the Motorola One Fusion. It is a more premium offering and comes with a Snapdragon 730 chipset for the global variant and a Snapdragon 730G chipset for the India specific variant. It is available in a single configuration of 6GB/128GB.
