Most Wanted (2020 film)
Most Wanted is an upcoming Canadian crime drama film, directed by Daniel Roby.[1] Based on the true story of Alain Olivier, a Canadian drug addict from Quebec who spent eight years in prison in Thailand in the 1980s,[2] the film stars Josh Hartnett as Canadian investigative journalist Victor Malarek, investigating the arrest of drug addict Daniel Léger (Antoine Olivier Pilon) in Thailand.[1]

The film entered production under the working title Gut Instinct,[3] and was briefly retitled Target Number One during the production process.[4]
The film's cast also includes Stephen McHattie, Jim Gaffigan, Rose-Marie Perreault, Don McKellar and Mark Camacho.
Most Wanted is scheduled to release to theatres and video on demand services on July 24, 2020.[5]
