Mohammad Alim Qarar
Engineer Mohammad Alim Qarar is a member of the Wolesi Jirga for Laghman Province, Afghanistan.[1] He is an ethnic Pashai. He was a former commander with the Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin militia.
