Mohammad Ali Fayazi
Mohammad Ali Fayazi (Persian: محمدعلی فیاضی, born 24 July 1995) is an Afghan professional futsal player. He is currently a member of Sohan Mohammad Sima in the Iranian Futsal Super League.
