Michael W. Cotter
Michael W. Cotter (born July 7, 1949) is an American attorney who served as the United States Attorney for the District of Montana from 2009 to 2017.[1][2]

Cotter served in the United States Army from 1972 to 1974 became a 1st Lieutenant.
