Meghan Picerno

Meghan Picerno is an American theater actress and opera singer. She is known for her role as Christine Daaé in the US Premiere and 1st National Tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Love Never Dies.[1] In 2019, she starred in the same role in the second world tour of The Phantom of the Opera and was announced to take the same role in the musical's Broadway production, marking her Broadway debut.[2][3][4]

Career

As an opera singer, Picerno has a coloratura soprano voice.

She performed La fée from Massenet’s Cendrillon in Montreal and Queen of the Night in Mozart's Die Zauberflöte at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall.

Picerno appeared as Christine Daaé in the US Premiere and 1st National Tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Love Never Dies, the sequel to the hit and longest running stage musical The Phantom of the Opera. In 2019, she reprised the role in the second world tour of The Phantom of the Opera. Later in the year, she transferred to the New York production to play the role.
