Matt Paterson (footballer, born 1888)

Matt Paterson was a Scottish professional footballer who made over 410 appearances in the Scottish League for Hibernian.[1] He captained the club and was one of its longest-serving players.[2]

Personal life

Paterson served in the Royal Artillery during the First World War.[1]
