Mathilda of Dendermonde

Matilda of Dendermonde (died 14 April 1224) was a Belgian noblewoman. She was a daughter of Walter II of Dendermonde and his wife, Adela of Buischeure. She was the heiress of Dendermonde and a peer of Flanders.

Matilda married twice. Her first husband was Gerard III of Grimbergen. This marriage remained childless.
