Career

After working in short films, Robin moved on to films after Nani asked him to compose the music for the theatrical trailer of Majnu (2016). He made his debut as a composer for Awe, which was produced by Nani.[1] In 2019, he went on to work on Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya and Mallesham.

The soundtracks of both films received positive reviews upon release. In a review of Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya by The Hindu, the reviewer, Sangeetha Devi Dundoo, wrote that "Mark K Robin delivers yet again; he seems to have had fun composing a score that blends suspense and comedy".[2] In a review of Mallesham by The New Indian Express, the reviewer wrote that "The usage of sync sound and Mark K Robin’s upbeat music have set the quality bar high".[3]
