Mangat Ram Singhal

Mangat Ram Singhal[1][2][3] (born 14 November 1942) is an Indian politician from Delhi. He thrice served as member of Delhi Legislative Assembly. He was a cabinet minister for Social Welfare, Labour & Employment, Law Justice & Legislative Affairs and Elections in Second Dikshit cabinet and Third Dikshit cabinet. He thrice represented Adarsh Nagar Assembly constituency.
