MSC Romanos was a Panamax-type Container Ship built in 2003 at Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction Ltd as the MSC Linzie registered in Panama. In 2011 the ship was renamed MSC Romanos and reflagged to Hong Kong (China). Her Callsign was HPMG (VRJC7 Since 2011), IMO Number #9275634, her Gross tonnage of 54,881 Tons, DWT capacity Of 68,209 tons and her capacity was 5060 TEU.
Scrapping
The ship arrived at Alang, India on February 1, 2017 for scrapping under the name Roman and was beached on February 13, 2017.
