Luigi's Restaurant shooting
On August 6, 1993, 22-year-old Fort Bragg soldier Kenneth Junior French, Armed with two shotguns and a rifle, opened fire on a restaurant in Fayetteville, North Carolina killing 4 people and injuring 7 others. The victims were Wesley Scott Cover, 26, James F. Kidd, 46, and the restaurant owners Peter and Ethel Parrous, ages 73 and 65. The case was featured in the 1997 documentary film Licensed to Kill.[1][2]
