Biography

He joined LUCHA in 2012, and he became one of its leading members. He met President Joseph Kabila and asked him to step down in 2016. Nkulula's activism involved encouraging young people in his country to be involved in public affairs.[1]

Nkulula died on the night of June 9-10, 2018 as his house burnt down.[2] The death was deemed "suspicious" by other LUCHA members[3], even though "an investigation blamed a faulty solar panel"[4].
