Love Song 1980 (Chinese: 恋曲1980; pinyin: Liàn qū 1980) is an upcoming Chinese romance-drama film directed by Mei Feng, starring Li Xian and Jessie Li.[1]

Plot

Love Song 1980 tells the love and hatred between several young men and women in the 1980s. It covers family relationships, friendship, love, three-dimensional characters, and touching stories.

Cast

Production

Fangcao Film and Television officially held the opening ceremony of the filming in Beijing on September 28, 2018. They announced the crew will be filmed in Beijing, Dalian, Inner Mongolia[2] and Sichuan. The shooting period is 2 months.[3]

The production team is rigorous in scenes, clothing, props, etc., trying to restore a Beijing in the 1980s. The film won the best film in the developing film project at the third "Pingyao International Film Exhibition".
