Louis Ashbourne Serkis

Louis George Ashbourne Serkis (born 19 June 2004) is an English actor. He is best known for playing Alex in the 2019 fantasy adventure The Kid Who Would Be King.[2]

Early life

His father, Andy Serkis, is also an actor and film director, and his mother, Lorraine Ashbourne, is an English stage, film and television actress.

Career

He began acting in television roles. In May 2016, Serkis made his film debut in the film Alice Through the Looking Glass, playing the Young Hatter. In July 2017, he played Peter in the English version of Mary and the Witch's Flower, and also appeared in The Current War. In November 2018, he appeared as the wolf cub Bhoot in Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle, a film directed by and co-starring his father. In February 2019, he starred as Alex in The Kid Who Would Be King.
