This list includes the appointment date and performance record of current NRL Women's senior coaches. The league consists of four clubs across Australia and New Zealand.

Daniel Lacey, the senior coach of the St. George Illawarra Dragons, has coached the most matches with seven. He and Luisa Avaiki of the New Zealand Warriors have coached since the inaugural season.
