List of One Day at a Time (2017 TV series) episodes
One Day at a Time is a Netflix original sitcom loosely based on the 1975–1984 series of the same name.[1] The series is written by Gloria Calderon Kellett and Mike Royce and consists of thirteen episodes.[2] Justina Machado, Todd Grinnell, Isabella Gómez, Marcel Ruiz, Stephen Tobolowsky, and Rita Moreno star in the series, with Pam Fryman directing the pilot episode.[3][4][5] It was released on January 6, 2017.[6] On March 4, 2017, the series was renewed by Netflix for a second season,[7] which premiered on January 26, 2018.[8] On March 26, 2018, a third season was ordered, which was released on February 8, 2019.[9][10] On June 27, 2019, Pop TV picked the series for a fourth season after Netflix canceled it in March.[11] The fourth season premiered on March 24, 2020,[12] and was simulcast on Logo TV and TVLand. As of June 16, 2020, 46 episodes of One Day at a Time have been released. On March 20, 2020 it was announced that production was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[13] On April 28, 2020, One Day at a Time aired its final new episode for 2020.[14] However, there are plans to make an animated special.[15] On May, 14, 2020, it was reported that the animated special is called "The Politics Episode" which premiered on June 16, 2020.[16]
